After 34 years in corporate leadership, including serving as a Vice President, Adyna brings both lived experience and strategic insight to the work of leading, building, and becoming.

For more than three decades, Adyna built her career inside corporate America, developing leaders, managing complex operations, shaping strategy, strengthening teams, and helping people perform at a higher level. She rose through the organization to become a Vice President, carrying responsibility, influence, and the kind of title that can easily become part of how you define yourself.
When her corporate career ended after 34 years, the question was no longer simply, ‘What do I do next?’ It became, ‘Who am I now?’
Then the chapter changed.
That transition became the foundation for a much bigger body of work. Adyna founded AKP Innovations, expanded her work as a speaker and author, created platforms for women, and began helping others navigate the same intersection of identity, leadership, ambition, business, and reinvention that she had experienced herself.
Today, her work is grounded in one belief: a new strategy will only take you so far if the identity behind it has not evolved.

Before launching her entrepreneurial work, Adyna spent 34 years in corporate America, ultimately rising to Vice President. Her career included leadership development, strategic planning, operations, customer experience, professional development, and leading teams across a national organization. Her transition from longtime corporate executive to founder became the foundation for her philosophy, Identity Before Strategy. Today, Adyna helps accomplished women, leaders, founders, and organizations examine not only what they want to achieve next, but who they must become in order to lead, build, and live in alignment with that next chapter.
