Pressley On Purpose: The Real, Raw, Unpolished Version of Me

For years, people have known me as the corporate VP. The CEO. The polished leader. The woman who always has the right words, the right plan, the right posture.

But that’s not the whole story.

It never was.

Pressley On Purpose is the space where I finally put the title down and pick the truth up. It’s the version of me that doesn’t need a blazer, a bio, or a boardroom to be powerful.

It’s the version of me that’s lived, lost, healed, cried, laughed, reinvented, and risen — sometimes all in the same week.

This podcast isn’t about leadership.

It’s about life.

Why I Created Pressley On Purpose

I wanted a space where women could hear conversations that sound like the ones we have in the kitchen, in the car, on the couch, or on the phone at midnight.

Not curated.

Not corporate.

Not cute.

Just real.

We talk about:

• Real womanhood — the messy, beautiful, complicated parts

• Identity shifts — when life forces you to become someone new

• Healing work — the kind you don’t post about

• Boundaries — the ones that cost you something

• Reinvention — the kind that requires you to break your own patterns

• Truth‑telling — even when your voice shakes

This is not the buttoned‑up CEO version of me.

This is the real, raw me — the woman behind the title.

What You’ll Hear on the Podcast

Every episode feels like a conversation you didn’t know you needed.

Some days I’m funny.

Some days I’m fiery.

Some days I’m vulnerable.

Some days I’m telling the truth that might sting a little — but will set you free.

Expect episodes that sound like:

• “Girl, let me tell you what life just taught me.”

• “Here’s the part of my story I’ve never said out loud.”

• “This is what healing actually looks like — not the Instagram version.”

• “Let’s talk about the things we pretend we’re okay about.”

This is a space where we don’t perform.

We don’t pretend.

We don’t polish.

We tell the truth.

This is for the woman who:

• Is tired of being strong all the time

• Wants to be seen beyond her résumé

• Is healing from things she never had language for

• Is learning to choose herself without guilt

• Is ready to stop surviving and start living

• Wants conversations that feel like exhaling

If you’ve ever said, “I’m tired of pretending I’m okay,” this podcast is for you.

Why This Matters

Because too many women are drowning behind their titles.

Because too many of us are praised for our strength but punished for our softness.

Because too many of us are carrying stories we’ve never had a safe place to tell.

Pressley On Purpose is that place.

A place where you can be real.

A place where you can be human.

A place where you can be held.

A place where you can be honest about the woman you’re becoming.

Final Word

I created Pressley On Purpose because I was tired of being seen only as the polished version of myself. I wanted to show the woman behind the mic — the one who’s lived, learned, broken, rebuilt, and risen.

Thank you for letting me be real.

Thank you for letting me be human.

Thank you for letting me be on purpose.
